Die Situation hält uns derzeit unter (An)Spannung. Persönlich können wir wenig ändern. Weniger Aufregen ist sicher besser für uns alle, sowie eine (tägliche) kleine „Auszeit“ und einfach mal tief durchatmen!?

The current situation keeps us under tension at the moment. Personally, there is little we can do to change it. Less upsetting is certainly better for all of us, as well as a (daily) little „time out“ and just take a deep breath!?
