Eines meiner (zeitlosen) Lieblingsbücher ist „Der kleine Prinz“ von Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Gerade auch die Illustrationen in diesem Buch sind wunderschön. Es ist gleichermaßen poetisch für Kinder und Erwachsene.
Eines meiner Lieblingszitate aus diesem Buch ist: „Man sieht nur mit dem Herzen gut. Das Wesentliche ist für die Augen unsichtbar.“ Das habe ich auf einem schönen Spruchstempel von Steckenpferdchen. Und passend dazu fand ich dieses Motiv von Andy Skinner (Creative Expressions). Aquarelltechnik ist in ihren vielen Varianten eine meiner Lieblingstechniken. 
Ich finde, dieses Zitat hat nichts von seiner Gültigkeit eingebüßt. Mehr Herzenswärme (in jeder Beziehung) wäre uns allen zu wünschen.

One of my (timeless) favorite books is “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The illustrations in this book are just as beautiful. It is equally poetic for children and adults.
One of my favorite quotes from this book is: “You can only see well with your heart. The essentials are invisible to the eyes.” I have this on a gorgeous saying rubber stamp by Steckenpferdchen. And I found this motif by Andy Skinner (Creative Expressions) to go with it. Watercolor in its many variations is one of my favorite techniques
I think this quote has lost none of its relevance. We could all do with more warmth of heart (in every sense).
